Campus Clean-up and What's Coming Up!!!

We want to send a huge THANK YOU to all of you who showed up at school this early Saturday morning for campus clean-up!!!

So what did we do???? Wellllllllll...

Dominique found an animal bone of some sort....and was freaking out about it....Ummm what is Amoni and Victory doing in the background??? O_o




Kaitlin, Layton, and Brooke were in awe at the fact that "their hands were sweating inside of the gloves".

Brandi, a cheerleader at heart, was cheering and picking up trash at the same time!!!

Layton whatcha got there????

Angel was fashion forward, picking up trash with a designer bag on her shoulder...really Angel? :)

Overall, we had a good time this morning and it was all for a good cause! Thanks again girls. (You'll be receiving merits!!!)

WHAT'S COMING UP:

• Monday, May 23, 2011: We have practice and your money for the Krispy Kreme Fundraiser is due! Don't forget everyone is responsible for selling 10 boxes ($70). Your second installment of $200 is due as well if you forgot to turn it in on Friday.




• Tuesday, May 24, 2011: Stop by Ms. Shorter's room after school (Q201) to pick up your boxes of Krispy Kreme to hand out to those who bought from you.




• Thursday, May 26, 2011: We will be having practice today but we will NOT be attending the Jamboree at Ed White. We will also be handing out uniforms this day. JV will be meeting us at 4:45pm in room Q201 to pick up uniforms, pay their second installment and get information about summer practices, camp, and the upcoming year.
  



• Returning girls will also be going to Sheffield Elementary for the Reading Celebration along with the drumline and ROTC. You will be wearing the Metallic Uniform and bringing Poms! You MUST have your permission slip signed by all teachers in order to get on the bus.

• 2010-2011 Cheerleaders will be having our End of the Year Banquet at 6:30pm at The University Club on Thursday, June 2, 2011. If you are bringing a guest or 2 you must turn in their $20 by Monday, May 23, 2011.




• IMPORTANT NOTE for 2010-2011 Cheerleaders who are NOT returning: IF YOU HAVE NOT RETURNED ALL OF YOUR UNIFORMS, YOU WILL BE PUT ON THE DEBT LIST!!!!
